The Truth Iron man alloy forks use all the latest and best manufacturing equipment and materials. Iron man forks is hand man made from strong and light premium 6061 aluminum tubing.
Our forks use full CNC 6066 aluminum steer shaft.
It’s a bit more expensive than 6061, but also is stronger, both in tensile (single impacts) and fatigue then 6061 aluminium.
Full post weld heat treat for maximum strength.
Available in 20",24 and OS20 sizes with 20MM dropout.

The Truth 26" Black Mamba DJ chromoly frame are hand made from 4130 chromoly. They use tapered headtube for increased stiffness of the front triangle. Tapered tube will always be more rigid than a non-tapered one.one.
The head tube fits Zero Stack ZS44/ZS56 semi-integrated headsets. Head tube angle -71.8 deg. gives the Black Mamba a shorter wheelbase and better angles for better rider control. The Truth Black Mamba uses custom chain stay Plate Yoke technology.
The yoke does not only provide lots of tire and chain ring clearance, but it also blends smoothly to the custom made and tapered 4130 Chromoly chain stay tubes. The yoke plates are supported by a gusset, this combination will provide an extra strong connection to the bottom bracket and overall stiffness of the rear triangle. All this added up to be the Ultimate Dirt Jumping frame.
