International shipping and most small domestic package shipping are handled by the U.S. Postal Service, and we ship to all locations worldwide on a weekly basis.

For large domestic packages, such as bikes and frames, we use UPS Ground service. We strive to provide same-day shipping whenever possible. Faster shipping options, like UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day, are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for rates and additional insurance details.

We ship Monday through Friday from our Mechanicsville, MD warehouse. For UPS Ground delivery within the USA, see the map for estimated transit times.

Shipping damages should be reported to the driver immediately for insurance purposes. Truth BMX is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for arranging package insurance and must retain the shipping box, label, and all packing materials to file a claim. 

If any items in your order arrive damaged, you must notify us within two weeks of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted, as UPS, FedEx, and USPS do not allow late claims.
