Shipping

International shipping and most small package domestic shipping is provided by the U.S. Postal service.  We do ship to all locations worldwide, weekly.

We use UPS Ground service for all domestic shipping of large packages.  ( bikes, frames)  We try our best to provide same day service, when possible.  Of course, faster shipping is available for an additional charge.  Please contact us for UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day ship rates. Extra Insurance.

We ship every day, Monday through Friday, from our Mechanicsville MD warehouse.

 Expected transit time for UPS Ground delivery in the USA.

If your order suffers damage during shipping, let the driver know immediately for insurance purposes. Truth Bmx is not responsible for loss or damaged goods due to shipping. It is customer responsibilty to check with us for package insurance. You will need to show the shipping box in the condition you received it as well as the shipping label on the box. Please keep any, and ALL packing material with the box!

If any items in your order arrived damaged, we must be notified within 2 weeks of delivery! No exceptions! And claims made past that point will be denied, as UPS / FedEx / USPS will not except any late claims
