WARRANTY

TRUTH BMX Products carry a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. THE WARRANTY IS NON TRANSFERABLE

Truth warranties it's frames and products to be free of Material and Workmanship defects at Purchase for 1 year.

Warranty against Manufacturer’s Defects

90 Day Manufacturer’s Defect. Is anything  incorrect with the product upon purchasing it. Truth realize it may take time to notice these types of problems, so you have a 30-day period to identify any problems. Any product with a defect will be replaced free of charge.

Limited Lifetime Crash Replacement Policy

If you damage a truth product while in use, you can purchase a replacement or an upgrade at discounted Crash Replacement prices for the life of the Frame. This is for the Original Purchaser only, and is Non Transferable. Products purchased From Truth BMX as Crash Replacement Policy will be covered by our 30-Day Warranty against Manufacturer’s Defects only.

When returning any product for Warranty or Crash Replacement inspection, it must be shipped pre-paid and insured. Truth is not responsible for loss, damage or non delivery of returned product.
The Limited Warranty does not cover the following, Defects in materials or workmanship caused by misuse, abuse or neglect. These actions void the Limited Warranty
Modification, accident, material removal, improper assembly or fit, normal wear and tear .These actions void the Limited Warranty
Damage from improper assembly or maintenance. These actions void the Limited Warranty.
Crash/impact damage or lack of proper care is NOT covered under warranty.
All labor charges for warranty service are responsibility of the owner.
