Truth BMX Products offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty and Crash Replacement Policy, which is non-transferable and only applies to the original buyer. Their frames and products are covered against material and workmanship defects for one year from the purchase date.

A 90-day manufacturer’s defect warranty covers issues present at purchase, with a 30-day window to report problems that arise later. Defective items will be replaced free of charge.

The Limited Lifetime Crash Replacement Policy lets the original buyer replace or upgrade damaged products at discounted crash replacement prices for the frame's lifetime. Items bought through this policy come with a 30-day manufacturer’s defect warranty.

Warranty or crash replacement items must be returned prepaid and insured, as Truth is not responsible for loss, damage, or non-delivery.

The Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, accidents, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, crash impact, or lack of maintenance. Owners are responsible for labor costs related to warranty service.
