The Truth Demon HD Titanium bars. Are hand made from premium 3Al/2.5V aerospace grade titanium tubing set.
Titanium is half the weight of steel for a tube of the same tensile strength and twice as strong as aluminum alloy. Titanium is also more resistant to fatigue and impact than aluminum. Titanium doesn’t corrode, unlike steel.
Demon Titanium are available in same flat bend as our popular Chromoly A Pro bars.
The Demon HD Bars use thicker tubing same as our chromoly bars to reduce flex and add more strength to the bars. Added strength comes added weight. The HD bars are only about 2oz heavier than the standard Demon race bars.

Please note Titanium could break or bent just like carbon, chromoly and aluminum bars.
These can and will break under the wrong circumstances casing jumps, landing incorrectly or hard crashing numerous times.
No BMX product is unbreakable including these titanium bars.
You should know your riding style if you are a smooth or a hard rider.
